CrisisThe condition preceding the platform

Every year, five million preventable deaths[01] occur in low and middle-income hospitals — not from absence of medical knowledge, but from failures of coordination. Patients wait six hours[02] for surgeries that could be scheduled in minutes. One in three claims[03] is denied on first submission. Clinicians spend forty-nine percent[04] of their shift on documentation.

The technology to prevent this exists. Nobody has assembled it into a platform. That is what we are building.

PlatformThe seven-domain ecosystem at a glance

Seven operational domains. One ontology. One execution engine. Edge-first, sovereignty-respecting, deployable in environments where connectivity is a variable, not a given.

Governance, not gesture.

Clinical Advisory Board in formation. Adverse event protocol in draft. Human-in-the-loop is a platform primitive, not a feature. SPIRIT-AI, CONSORT-AI, and DECIDE-AI inform every validation study.

Built by clinicians, for the corridor.

Founded from the operating reality of Moroccan tertiary care, not from a Silicon Valley abstraction of it. Every architectural choice answers to a constraint we have personally observed.

FounderThe human behind the platform

I started NovaOR because I witnessed, firsthand, how hospitals fail — not from ignorance, but from fragmentation.

The gap between knowing what a patient needs and delivering it on time, in sequence, with the right hands — that gap kills people. Not because clinicians are incompetent, but because the systems they work within were never designed as systems.
